Cade Duran

My name is Cade Duran I am a High school senior from Helena Montana. During my 4-H career I have been involved in shooting sports, photography, livestock, and tons of leadership and service. When I was 13 4-H turned into my “thing” and I’ve been as involved as much I could since that day. My inclusion has been in the form of many things but some of the highlights have been my time spent as a state ambassador, National 4-H equity ambassador, National 4-H Congress delegate, and U.S. delegate to the global leadership camp in Jeju South Korea. 4-H has changed my life and I hope being a part of the 100th National 4-H Congress will change yours!

5 things I love about being a 4-H member:
• service and the ability to help people
• building a 4-H family
• gaining mentors and role models
• learning countless skills
• becoming the best version of myself

Quote about National 4-H Congress
National 4-H Congress was an eye-opening experience. I came back with so many new friends and sense of community larger than anything I have ever been a part of.
