Clayton B. Moore

Hi! My name is Clayton Moore. I am a junior in high school in Weiser, Idaho. I have been in 4-H since nine years old and wouldn’t change it for the world. In addition to livestock judging competitively, I raise a small herd of registered angus beef that I show around the state. By far my favorite 4-H project is a state government conference, which I am currently in my fourth year of. 4-H taught me my work ethic and gave me the passion to connect and encourage my peers across the nation. I can’t wait to do just that with you at the 2022 National Congress!

Five Things I love about being a 4-H member:
• Having the opportunity to travel the country
• Promoting my own personal growth and the growth of others
• Being a part of a community with a larger purpose
• Being able to connect with different people with common goals
• Making memories that I will always cherish

Quote about National 4-H Congress
Heading into National Congress, I had no clue what I was going to get out of it. Coming out of Congress, I could never replace the opportunities, friends, or experience I gained. I will be forever grateful for the ability to meet outstanding leaders from across the country and coming together to learn and grow from each other. This is what it means to “make the best better.”
